MY STORY (James Faust, Founder & CEO)

I joined the Army after 9/11, compelled to serve and defend the country that had given me so much. After 20 months of training and preparation, I deployed to Afghanistan. Following my deployment in 2011, I looked to rejoin the workforce while continuing to serve in the reserves. It was challenging to find full-time employment and I was becoming discouraged that my service had derailed my career. This changed when I was offered a job, without the necessary experience, by Sam Ponticelli. Sam was a great supporter of Veterans and recognized that I could adapt and overcome any obstacle using the skills I learned during my service. This launched an amazing career and allowed me and my family to thrive.
